Feng Wei, he is the second level artist, he was born in Fujian in 1973, he graduated from department of oil painting academy of fine arts of Fujian Normal University in 1998, from 2002 to 2004, he studied in department of oil painting of Chinese college of fine arts, from 2011 to 2012, he is a visiting scholar of department of fine arts in China Central Academy of Fine arts.

At the present, he is major painter of Fujian province painting academy, part time vice professor of Fujian normal university academy of fine arts; deputy secretary general of Fujian province oil painting artistic committee; deputy secretary general of Fujian province oil painting academy; secretary general of Fujian province youth painting academy; a member of Fujian province artists association.
